Purpose

This position is responsible for all company tax requirements and processing, collecting unpaid money from individuals or corporations who have failed to process payments on time.To control and protect the accounts receivable asset, reduce credit risk and overdue to safeguard the company credit policy. As in this role to contribute to the company management team the viewpoint and strategy of taxes and credit control, also responsible for the company business analysis from financial side..

Principal Accountabilities

Primary responsibilities

Financial Specialist shall be responsible for, but not limited to the following:

Follow up debts from an aged debt ledger, chasing outstanding amounts on customer accounts.

Approve credit orders for processing (less than 100 K RMB).

Make recommendations on credit limits on customer accounts,

Process credit applications.

Contact with legal counsel for debt recovery

Offset sales income receipts daily (Accounts Receivable) in ERP system.

Taxes declaration monthly; quarterly and yearly..

Responsible for the company business analysis from financial side;

Reminder letters preparation per each 14 days and daily customer credit control with sales.

Daily voucher of payment input in ERP system;

Finance documents keeping and management;

Miscellaneous other accounting responsibilities.

Nature and Scope

The job holder reports to the Financial Manager. He /She is part of finance team.

Special Features

Once one years or above working experience specially in audit firm,

Accounting of university with Bachelor degree,

Good in English and experienced in Microsoft Office;

Problem solving, strong verbal and written communication skills.
