Facilitating the acquisition and accumulation of knowledge and skills to build employee competencies;
Teaming up with local HR and Group HR to manage the management development roadmap in regard of development, execution, effectiveness tracking and budget management
Working closely with senior management team to develop a steady supply of internal talents supporting rapid business growth ; and
Facilitating the performance management process and assisting to develop a performance management culture
Training and Development
Develop a learning management system which integrates the process from learning needs analysis, learning program design, program delivery and effectiveness evaluation
Monitor, review and evaluate the academy programs in regular base and ensure the programs are effectively rolled out in National wide.
Identify, design, and implement learning initiatives and leadership programs to meet business needs
Develop annual learning and development needs in a timely and effective manner
Talent Management
Create a company wide talent management portfolio to support the strategic plan
Develop staff through mentorship, coaching and developmental assignments
Crates the succession planning and career development programs to address leadership readiness and talent pipeline
Consult with business managers to our talent management goals by providing data analysis and interpretation, process improvement recommendations, executive briefings, and metric reporting
Performance Management
Assist to develop a performance management culture
Develop, plan and implement the performance management process to maintain the effectiveness of the process and ensure the process in accordance with Group standards and guidelines;
Facilitate the employees’ understanding of performance appraising process by providing the continuous training
Requirement
The ideal candidate will have:
University degree related to human resources, business or a related field along with at least 10 years of progressive HR experience with a focus on training and professional development
Sound knowledge of management development, training, career development, measurement tools, succession planning within a sizable organization, preferably MNCs background.
Experience consulting with all levels of management to determine training and development effectiveness, ensuring initiatives effectively are facilitating and transfer of knowledge to employees while identifying potential obstacles to learning and /or learning application
Able to take direction and follow through multi-step project/ procedures
Strong and demonstrated consultative and relationship building skills with the ability to interface with many organizational levels and to deliver results with a client service mindset.
Highly effective verbal and written communication skills, marketing and influencing skills, presentation skills, time management skills, and analytical abilities.
Demonstrated knowledge of project management methodology and project management experience both as an individual contributor and as a Project Lead
Strong computer skills with PC applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including HRIS and Learning Management Systems
