Objectives/Key Responsibilities:

· Assistant to sales persons for order processing

- Create and maintain customer master data in SAP.

- Input sales contract in SAP.

- Input sales order in SAP.

- Follow up payment issue for the credit customers and remind sales person for the overdue.

- Record sales relative documents.

· Communication between customers and Logistic department

- Arrange cargo delivery and co-ordinate between customer and Logistic Department for on time delivery.

- Contact customer for unloading issue if any.

- Follow custom and TAF document for transplanting business.

· Communication between customers and financial department

- Follow up payment and co-ordinate with customer and financial department for payment and credit issues.

- Co-ordinate with Financial department for on-time invoice mailing.

- Prepare necessary document for credit customer at month end if any.

· Prepare sales reporting, such as sales tracking, daily report, etc.

Profile Requirement:

· Experiences in customer service.

· Team work spirit is necessary.

· Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

· Good command of SAP and Bex Reports.

· Common logistic & financial knowledge is a plus.
