Reports To: Marketing manager
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Developing annual marketing plan of POS channel
Deeply understanding POS channel and consumer needs and foresee the trends to developing product innovation plan & price strategy.
Responsible for local POS product renovation according to H/Q revamping plan.
Transfer from H/Q or local develop related marketing tools & communication materials according to China local needs, and conduct successful roll out
Budget planning, control & tracking
KEY EXPERIENCES
At least 6-8 yrs brand marketing experience in multinational company , food related industry is a plus
Good communication skill and presentation skill
Fluent MS-office user
Good command of English , French is an advantage
Budget control & tracking system building capability
DESIRED EDUCTATION
Bachelor degree or above
