Purpose (why the position exists):

· Act as a business partner and provide integrated solutions to business managers with internal support from diverse Human Resources functions, aiming at improving organization capability of business units and promoting a positive working environment.

· Enhance overall organizational effectiveness and professionalism of the organization and associates through consulting, promoting, facilitation and the other proactive HR activities by BU support interventions and techniques.

· Facilitate and support organizational transformation solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

§ Business partnership

· Play overall HR support role to work with managers on annual budget review, performance appraisal process, annual salary review, job evaluation and recruitment.

· Act as bridge between HR department and business functions. Provide consultation to business managers with internal HR resources. Meanwhile coordinate with other cluster HRs to execute function specific initiatives.

· Support BU organizational transformation

§ Compensation & Benefit

· Apply C&B benchmark in company salary position analysis and support C&B head to design and develop compensation & benefits programs and policies.

· Lead East China cluster level performance management process

§ General HR operation:

· Work with Regional HR Centre of Excellent and deliver daily HR activities including recruitment, performance reviews, compensation management, employee relations, assisting other HR functions to translate business goals into proactive HR plans to enable successful achievement of business results.

· Be responsible for new employee on-boarding and termination process. Handle labour contracts extension or termination matters basing on business needs, and ensure company behaviour compliant with government policy and regulations.

· Consult with employees and company regarding employee relation issues, including progressive performance management, job elimination and termination in order to ensure consistency with local regulations and company values.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

Position Specification:

· At least 8 years’ working experience in multinational companies as HR

· Excellent English
