Job Description:

工作职责：

Approach potential clients having business to/from target areas and payable in China.

与目标市场的潜在客户接触，为公司开发目标区域与中国之间的进出口业务；

Together with sales in target areas build up a bi-lateral working platform.
通过在目标市场的销售，建立起双边业务平台；

Constantly have replacement clients ready from the market platform.
持续地从搭建的平台市场中发现备选目标客户；

Host overseas visitors and overall be in charge of theproductive schedule is being set up and carried out.
制定有效计划、拜访海外市场，并对计划实施的有效性负责；

Interact with target areas business community by bein actively participating the Chamber events and other industry/trade lane events.

积极参与目标市场的展会活动或者其他行业贸易类的活动，与目标市场的商业圈保持密切的联系与互动；

Assist to supervise that local sales are following company policies and sales guidelines
协助监督本地的销售情况符合公司的政策和销售导向；

Support branch managers in regards to communication with target areas network and clients

协助公司经理们与目标市场的社交圈、客户建立沟通渠道；

Participate in building up products and promote those within the organization.
参与公司内相关产品的规划和促销活动。

Qualifications:

Self managed & motivated, business mind, good communication & organization skills
自我激励、自我管理，有业务头脑，善于沟通、组织；

Ability to communicate industry related information to people outside our industry
善于与非本行业的人士交流行业信息；

Ability to define requirements, analyze facts, and determine relevant solutions/actions to be taken
具备发掘需求和分析的能力，并据此作出决定、采取相关行动；

Extrovert personality with strong relationship building capabilities.
外向、善于社交。

Fluent in English & Mandarin. 3 Years of experience as Tradelane Manager
英语和普通话流利。3年航线经理或者航线业务开发相关经验
