General Responsibility

Act the role of receptionist, responsible for office administration.

Main duties

1. Acting the role of receptionist

2. Maintain nice and efficient office working environment. Including office tidiness and office equipment supplies.

3. Executes daily administration operations and seek for improvement to save administrative cost. Including hotel, courier, name card printing and etc.

4. Interacts with office suppliers and vendors.

5. Other HR/Admin jobs assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

1. Female.

2. Internship.

3. Experience in HR/ administration or related position preferred.

4. Familiar with MS office including MS word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and Internet.

5. Good English in writing and reading.

6. Patient, proactive, honest, reliable, polite, good team-player, strong sense of responsibility, fast learner, self-starter.
