We have established a new design team in Shanghai, China. This team is focusing on innovation, design and development of small domestic appliances for the company.
The Colour, Material & Graphic Designer role is expected to:
?Provide creative input and design solutions that contribute to the success of Electrolux.
?Dare to innovate, propose new solutions challenging the existing ones.
?Convert marketing guidelines into product designs.
?Implement Colour, Material & Graphic Design Guidelines aligned with Brand and Product identity.
?Strive for best-in class graphic solutions to meet or exceed the needs of internal and external customers.
?Meet internal and external deadlines according to project planning.
?Ensure constant high quality of the design output.


Minimum Qualifications
?Bachelor´s degree in appropriate field such as Graphic Design or Fine Arts..
?Willingness to travel and represent the Design Team in Multi-Functional meetings.
?
Specific Skills
?Excellent visualization skills.
?Developed computer design skills and specialization with software (depending on office: Freehand, Illustrator, Photoshop and other relevant design software).
?Aptitude for market inputs.
?Understanding the importance of good design and brand values, and their impact on the business.
?Ability to communicate ideas effectively.
?Ability to work in multi-functional international teams.
?Pro-active work attitude and ability to organize personal work to meet deadlines.
?Willingness to learn and accept advice from others but constantly challenge and innovate proposing new solutions.
?Fluency in English, Chinese language is a benefit.
