职位描述

Major Responsibilities/主要职责
1 在接到各部门用人需求后,与用人部门就招聘职位的工作职责,任职资格以及招聘条件等细节进行沟通,并在招聘网站上发布招聘信息,上述动作1个工作日内完成;
Confirm with department manager, who brings out recruitment need, about JD, position qualification and requirements, and then put the information into recruitment website within one working day.
2 负责网上简历的搜集,筛选,以及初步面试,然后对于符合条件的候选人的面试安排,包括:面试时间确认、面试人员确认、相关表单准备、面试结果记录,以及候选人材料归档;
Collect and filter resumes, and carry out first round phone interview. Then arrange interviews for qualified candidates, including the confirmation of interview time and interviewer, form preparation, interview evaluation record, and file up resumes.
3 每个月最后一个工作日向人力资源经理提供当月招聘报告以及次月招聘计划;
On the last working day of every month, the recruitment report for present month and recruitment plan for the coming month should be given to HR manager.
4 根据公司实际情况,确认招聘方式以及渠道,并负责前期准备工作,包括:时间表确认、相关材料准备、行程确认等。
Select reasonable recruitment tool and channel based on flexible situation, and take charge of first phase preparation including confirmation of timetable and schedule, and documents preparation.
5 负责新员工入职的手续办理以及合同签订,相关资料收集以及背景调查的进行,负责员工入职体检的联络、安排,保险以及暂住证相关事宜的办理;
Be responsible for the completion of new employee enrolment process.
6 负责在新员工入职当日完成新员工入职培训所涉及的相关课程的培训工作;
Ensure new employees accept the training of all related courses on the first day of their enrolment.
7 负责在新员工入职日起两个工作日内,确保新员工所属直接经理或主管完成新员工首月工作计划,以及试用期考核指标设定;
Ensure new employee’s direct supervisor or manager finishes first month working plan and probation assessment form within two working days since new employee’s commencement date.
8 负责对于入职满一个月的员工进行首月工作计划完成情况的调查,并在当月月底向人力资源经理提交相关报告;
Finish the survey for those employees who have been in company for one month, and give the report to HR manager at the end of every month.
9 负责在每月最后一个工作日之前完成公司各部门的次月培训计划,以及当月培训计划完成情况总结报告,提交人力资源经理;
Finish the monthly training plan of all departments for the coming month before the last working day of every month, and give the training report of present month for all departments to HR manager.
10 负责离职员工的退工手续的办理;
Be responsible for the insurance issue for employees who resign.
11 完成部门经理交办的其它工作;
Accomplish all tasks assigned by HR manager.
12 对于公司出台的政策以及规定,主动全面的了解,并全力配合。
Give full cooperation and coordination to all policies and regulations issued by company

Inventory of Knowledge & Skills Required for Position/任职资格
1 对人及组织的变化敏感,具有很强的沟通、协调和推进能力;高度的敬业精神及高涨的工作激情,能接受高强度工作,工作态度积极乐观;社交能力强,待人公平
Sensitive to human and organization change. Ability of communicating, coordinating and pushing the staff. Professional, passionate, positive and optimistic. Work well with different people and treat people fairly.
2 专科以上学历、人力资源管理等管理类相关专业
college education, major in HR management or business administration related.
3 三年以上工作经验,熟悉人力资源管理或行政管理
Over 3 years working experience. Be familiar with HR management or administration management.
4 掌握人力资源管理、行政管理、心理学、公共关系、国家劳动法律法规相关知识
Have knowledge in HR management, Administration management, psychology, commonality relations, the state labor laws and regulations.
5 熟练的计算机和英文能力
Be skilled in using computer and English.
