POSITION: Senior Customer Service Representative
LOCATION: Shanghai
Job Description & Expectation:
1.Daily order handling, mainly serves for key accounts
2.Support and keep team reports on monthly basis according to manager’s requirement
3.Escalate issues and come out solution with sufficient data analysis support
4.Major project support and implementation function in the team
5.Arrange team or group discussion and meeting as per business requirement
6.With a sense of service and support to business, can be a solution provider
7.Coordinate and cooperation with team members and able to assist each other during travel/vacations, as well as be back up once required
8.Support and Assist dept. Manager for the dept. tasks as well as willing to be key team members
9.As a group leader to provide sufficient training ability in the team
10.Able to take additional responsibility upon assignment from dept. Managers and/or above level
11.Need timely and have well communication with Sales team and customers
Job Requirements
1.University degree or above
2.With more than 3 years customer service operation experience in consumer or medical company will be first priority
3.Good communication skill and team player
4.Strong analysis skill and be rational, as well problem solving and can work out feasible solution
5.Be good at PC skills, especially in Excel or MS office, has SAP experience is a plus.
6.Strong and quick leaner and able to improve self-performance continuously
7.People oriented, patient but open mind for change, self motivated able to work under pressure
8.Has people management experience, or leading small group is preferable.
