Responsibilities:
Record / update and manage daily schedule of GCN GB Business to GCN GB Service Director
Assist GCN GB team for client meeting and other business activities and take meeting minutes
Assist GCN GB Service Director and GB team to do the monthly reimbursement
Finish other administration job assigned by GCN GB Service Director
Coordinate with international GB expert team to promote GB service in US and EU
Coordinate with IT team to development E-resource system per client request
Communicate with all BD stuff in GB team to assure a smooth information transmit
Support GCN GB Business Development Manager and Sales manager to maintain the good relationship with key GB clients (Inditex / LVMH and so on)
Prepare GB service training / promotion material
Collect competitors marketing information and weekly summarize to GB service team
Assist GCN Business Development Manager to plan annual marketing activities and cooperate with marketing department to handle marketing activities

Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above in English / Logistic / Marketing / Administration management / textile
At least 2 years working experience in marketing and 3 years working experience in testing industry
Good concept of China quality standard system, especially in textile industry and light industry
Good communication skill
Diligence, self-motivation and strong teamwork spirit
Excellent spoken and written English
Good working skill in PPT / Excel / Word
Able to travel
