Job Summary:

- Manage sales through distributor/partner channel in China domestic market.

- Set up and optimize distributor/partner network of Metso.

- Manage recruiting process of sales technical support team member.

Job description:

- Develop and implement effective channel management strategy, design channel structure, create operating model for finding suitable distributor/partner according to the policies and sales target of the company.

- Optimize business processes including policies and procedures in new distributor/partner development, improve and adjust the model.

- Conduct systematic training to distributor/partner and make sure their knowledge of Metso’s product and application always updated, assist them to achieve the sales goal.

- Build up criteria of channel assessment, recognize good representative and support them as needed.

- Set up sales technical support team, headhunting of new team member in China.

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above in engineering or business.

- 8+ years working experience of sales & marketing management in developing distributor channel.

- Knowledge of automation products, applications, customer needs, competition in P&P, MWW, chemical and mining industry.

- Fluent written and spoken English.

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Strong learn skill.

- Business travel is required.
