质量工程师 Quality Engineer



汇报对象Report to：

质量经理 Quality Manager



工作职责Job duties:



1.Participate in on-the-spot test and measurement of various products based on confirmed inspection standards and specification. Prepare reports of IPQC and OQC.

基于确认好的检验标准，参与各类产品的现场检验和测量工作，做过程检验（IPQC）、出货检验(OQC)并完成报告

2.Keep communication with customers, suppliers, QA manager and engineering department to solve problems occurring during inspections.

对于检验过程中出现的问题，保持与客户，供应商，质量经理和工程部的及时沟通。

3.Work out corrective plans based on root-cause analysis of quality problems and follow up the improvement process till the quality problems are solved.

在生产过程中出现的质量问题作原因分析并跟进改善效果，协助质量问题的彻底解决。

4.Compile the inspection instructions as per request

按照要求编制检验作业指导书。

5.Provide assistance in repairing company’s instruments and devices.

协助维修公司的机电仪器产品。

6.Other tasks assigned

上级交办的其他事项。






Recruitment criteria/qualifications:

Education:

教育背景：

Junior college degree or above and major in engineering science. Majoring in mechanical engineering and mechatronics will be preferred.

大专以上学历，工科类专业毕业. 机械工程专业，机电一体化专业尤佳



Knowledge/Experience

知识/经验:

1.Have at least 2 years of related work experience dealing with quality control or assurance issues.

至少2年以上在质量管理和控制方面的工作经验

2.Can read drawings and understand inspection requirements

能看懂机械图纸并理解检测要求

3.Have hands on experience with ISO9000.

具有ISO9000的工作经验。

4.Proficient in QA lab equipment (CMM, optical comparator).

熟悉QA 设备，熟练使用各种基本检测量具来检测产品，熟悉三座标和投影仪的测量尤佳
