Responsibilities:

• Follow up samples
• Check Test Report and documents
• Follow up approval process
• Raise purchase orders and send documentation to suppliers
• Assist quality department to obtain all necessary information for inspections
• Assist e-mail communication with buyers

Requirements:

• Relevant education background will be preferred
• Relevant working experience in apparel field is a must,preferably in a buying office environment
• Basic knowledge of products & merchandising process
• Good attention to details
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Well-versed in computer applications - MS office
• Occasion travel within local China is required
