Sales Executive (Air Freight)

Responsibilities:

• 负责指定区域的市场开发、客户维护和销售管理等工作；
• 负责所属区域的产品宣传、推广和销售，完成销售的任务指标；
• 制定自己的销售计划，并按计划拜访客户和开发新客户；
• 搜集与寻找客户资料，建立客户档案，完成相关销售报表；
• 协助销售主管制定销售策略、销售计划，以及量化销售目标；
• 完成上级领导交代的其他工作任务。

• Assist in sales & marketing activities, business development plans and outdoor sales works
• Solicit new business through approaching new potential clients and achieve sales target
• Drive and implement marketing proposal for business expansion
• Able to work quickly and accurately under pressure and manage multiple tasks at once, maintaining the set priorities of the Sales & Marketing Team.
• Manage key accounts and responsible for related sales activities
• Provide sales support to the Sales Development Managers, including handling rate enquiry, incoming sales calls and customer service reviews, etc
• Prepare presentation and proposal to customer with different logistics solution
• Prepare service proposals / quotations for company network and target accounts
• Contact potential customers to qualify and process sales leads

Requirements:

• 专科及以上学历，市场营销等相关专业；
• 一年或以上货代、船务、物流公司工作经验; 熟悉上海空运市场者优先。
• 性格外向、反应敏捷、表达能力强，具有较强的沟通能力及交际技巧，具有亲和力；
• 具备一定的市场分析及判断能力，良好的客户服务意识；
• 有责任心，能承受较大的工作压力。
• 有团队协作能力，勇于挑战。
• 熟悉电脑办公软件操作；
• 英语熟练，英语熟练者优先；

• University graduate preferred
• 1 years of freight forwarding, shipping, logistics companies work experience; familiar with the air freight market esp. in Shanghai preferred.
• Experience in sales and key accounts management is an advantage
• Proven good PC skills of MS Word, Excel
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, Cantonese is an asset
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with high degree of initiative
• Responsible and self-motivated with positive working attitude
• Willing to learn and able to work under pressure
