Responsibilities:
1、Coordinate and process the sales orders, ensure effective delivery of service to customers and business. 2、Optimize working process, provide clear reports.
3、Manage the team of Customer Service Representatives
Requirements:
1、Bachelor degree or above.
2、3-5 years customer service experience, 1 year team management experience at least
3、SAP knowledge, preferably in Sales & Distribution.
4、Good communication, Customer focused and result oriented.
5、Fluent in English.
