Responsibilities:
Key Objectives/Principal Accountabilities (kindly limit to a maximum of eight)
1.Give routine technical support to sales team, implement problem shooting, help customer to understand product better, keep close contact with marketing partners, relevant industrial associations to improve the products market reputation technically. Develop synergies with sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
2.understand the real inquiry of customers as well as potentials to guild the sales activity and coordinate with production, R & D for product quality and market positioning optimization.
3.Monitors competitive activity in the market place technically, give clear technical reference to sales team by coordinate technical estimation actively.
4.Implement technical training in an effective way to improve the technical level of whole team.
5.Drive the technical marketing communication between regions, ensure a effective information sharing, improve the market knowledge for each area, make sure to chase to business chance.
6.Leading or support existing new product development projects by working closely with R&D and external customers, sales team as well as Management regarding their status and obtain Executive guidance. 7.Ensure timely reporting of customer visits, Monthly technical report,, control the T&E cost and manage the sales activities of whole sales team and ensure code of conducts and sales activities to be consistent with Business principles.
Requirements:
1.Master or higher education level in polymer, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
2.More than 2 years work practice in technical or production in plastics or rubber industry.
3.Self motivated with strong team work quality
4.Fluent in spoken and written English skill, good presentation skills
5.Can travel for more than half of working time.
