Responsibilities:

1. Lead the planning, organizing and controlling of all the warehouse activities.

2. Manage the daily work of warehouse. Team building and coach the personnel. Ensure the team can accomplish the KPI requirement of the department, and make the customers satisfied.

3. Set up the standard procedures according to difference functions in warehouse operations for different customers.

4. Ensure the timely and accurate data entry in WMS system.

5. Lead cycle-count and annual stock-taking process in order to ensure stock accuracy.

6. Review internal/external customer requirements and take proper actions for the compliance.

7. Confirm billing report, review the service performance with customer monthly, manage customer complain.

8. Responsible for planning and controlling the annual investments and expense budget of the warehouse team.

9. Communicate with related departments.

10.Regular report to manager and take other assignments.

Requirement

1. 5 years working experience in related industry

2. Experience in warehouse management, familiar with supply chain service concept

3. Good communication skill and is able to speak / write in English

4. Good management skill, be able to perform as a good team player

5. Have basic accounting knowledge, able to analysis P&L, able to control the cost

6. Familiar with warehouse management system

7. Able to work flexibly in term of hour and location as required
