Responsibility:

-Managing and developing the teams in shanghai inspection team

-Ensuring personnel of shanghai inspection team working based on the procedure.

-Develop and implement the inspection and training manuals.

-Provide technical training and support for the customer service team and shanghai inspectors if necessary.

- Maintain the quality and integrity to achieve customer satisfaction

-Conduct the pre-shipment inspection and/or audit as necessary

-Review inspection reports

-Conduct correction action plan when received client compliant

-Any other ad hoc tasks if assigned

Requirement:

- Degree holder or above in garment or other relevant disciplines

- Minimum 10 years working experience in inspection (garment and sundries), testing or quality assurance fields and 3 years or above working experience in management level

- Good technical background in toy and premium, garment, sundries fields

-Experience in international safety standards (ASTM, EN, Japan safety) and international quality system accreditations (i.e. ISO17020, ISO9000) is definitely advantage

- Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)

- Strong leadership and good team player

- Independent, self-motivated

-Strong problem solving skill and detail-minded

- Mature, meticulous, pleasant, and proactive with positive attitude.

- Immediately available is highly preferable.
