Duties:

1. Receive and verify Shipping Instruction.

2. Creation of BL and Invoices.

3. Transmission of draft copy of documents to customer.

4. Printing of original documents.

5. Filing of relevant documents.

6. Transmission of Customs Manifest.

7. Release of Documents.

8. Any other responsibility as and when assigned.

Requirements:

College or above in relevant major
Basic PC skills
Good interpersonal, communication and coordination skill
Floency in English and Mandarin
Full time in summer holiday and at least 3 days working per week during long term internship is preferred
