eSourcing Specialist/ Sourcing Analyst -- 地点：人民广场

We have a great career opportunity for an eSourcing Specialist who will bring new ideas and a passion for process improvement and cost reduction to our procurement organization. The position supports the execution of eSourcing projects and the implementation of related best practice strategies, tactics, and supporting tools for both indirect and direct procurement. The position will also develop and manage collaborative working partnerships with all stakeholders. The position reports to the Senior Manager, Procurement Standards and Technology. Responsibilities include the following.

· Support the execution of eSourcing/eAuction events and projects.
Support, or lead where applicable, the execution of eSourcing events that accomplish key objectives, including process effectiveness, savings, supplier consolidation and management, risk reduction and management, and improved visibility and control of expenditures.
Analyze and summarize the data from the eSourcing events and present the results to management.
Support the management of project plans, deliverables, metrics and milestones.
Communicate with suppliers on upcoming auctions, providing training and support as needed.
Handle specific project tasks, including market research and analysis, data collection and management, financial analysis, RFx creation, reverse auctions, project tracking, supplier communication management, and supplier performance management and development.
· Support the implementation of eSourcing best practice strategies, tactics, and supporting tools.
Utilize e-sourcing technologies to develop and implement RFxs, reverse auctions, and track project initiatives.
Proactively make improvement recommendations to existing processes and tools.
Evaluate supplier capabilities.
Advise on global supplier network capabilities and industry best practices.
· Develop & manage collaborative working partnerships with stakeholders (e.g., commodity managers, plant personnel, buyers, etc.).
Execute against a pre-defined, structured stakeholder management process.
Maintain and provide a current understanding of industry best practices and technology trends to team members and business partners.
Effectively communicate the impact of eSourcing decisions to leadership and employees as appropriate and actively enlist their support.
Communicate with clients, coworkers and management in a clear, concise and timely manner.

Required Qualifications and Skills
· Bachelors Degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field.
· A minimum of 5 years strategic sourcing and/or procurement experience (best practices, negotiating, benchmarking, purchasing methodology, and strategy development).
· Understanding of and experience with a top tier eSourcing Solution Suite (e.g., Ariba, SAP, Bravo, etc.), including the following.
Experience taking complex sourcing requirements and applying the eSourcing applications to model the requirements to drive the sourcing process.
Experience guiding users in making the best choices in the eSourcing applications to drive the desired results.
Experience in interacting with suppliers and providing training and support to help them in the use of the system.
Experience summarizing results and reporting to management.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills.
· Proven problem solving and analytical skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
· Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
