Job Purpose:
Effective communication with different level managers of customers
与客户各个级别经理有效的沟通
Penetration selling in existing customers
负责现有客户的渗透销售
Manage site service team ,provide value-add products and service to customers
管理现场服务团队,确保公司产品及服务满足客户需求

Job Description:
1. Manage site company chemicals related operation.
管理现场所有相关运营及维护事务
2. Leverage company resources to deliver company value to customers.
利用公司资源，实现在客户现场的公司品牌及价值
3. Understand customer needs , improve customers’ satisfaction through value-add service
分析客户需求，通过优质的技术增值服务确保并提高客户满意度
4. Provide routine service reports, keep good relationship with all levels of customers
与客户保持良好的沟通，定期提供现场服务运行报告
5. Penetration selling in those existing accounts
现有客户中发掘新的销售机会
6. Coach and train site service engineer
培训和指导现场服务工程师

Required Qualifications
? Bachelor degree or above, major in Industry Water Treatment, Environment or Chemical Engineering大学本科或以上学历，工业水处理、环境工程或化学工程专业
? Good English in oral, writing and read skills 良好的英文听说读写能力
? Good skill for Microsoft Office 熟练操作OFFICE
? +8 yeas water treatment site management experience 8年以上相关水处理现场管理经验
? Petrochemical industry experience is preferred 石化相关经验优先
? Leadership skills 团队领导能力
? Strong technical background, responsible for site trouble shooting 较强技术背景，负责现场技术难题的解决
? Good communication with customers 良好的客户沟通能力
