Responsibilities:
A. Accounting / Account allocation.
1. Dealing with and assessing services in the case of complex files with regard to recording as tax expenditure or capitalization, if necessary informing the organizational units affected.
2. Account allocation of outside services and in-house services in the case of complex files and special cases, as well as checking the account-allocation processes of the Finance department, including costs with regard to job order cost accounting.
3. Checking and administering factory-order master data concerning type of costs, cost center, work-place or property indicator, as well as carrying out or arranging modifications in the case of the organizational units responsible.
4. Involvement in the creation of account-allocation guidelines as well as in audits (concerning the field of activity).
5. Checking, administering and, if necessary, evaluating master data for capital-expenditure projects, and administering the capital-expenditure plan for the business division or corporate division to be looked after, including dealing with corresponding procurement orders and factory orders and dealing with statistical surveys.
B. Accounting / Asset accounting.
1. Capitalizing asset additions in the case of complex files, taking into consideration tax-related, operational and corporate-policy aspects.
2. Determining the tax-related and operational acquisition value in relation to manufacturing costs and stipulating tax-related and calculatory depreciation data, taking into consideration operational and corporate-policy aspects or details from legislation (literature), audits and superior positions, as well as booking corresponding data, including the creation of accompanying vouchers, among other things as an audit document.
3. Checking asset master data, if necessary changing criteria relevant to the fixed assets (among others: cost center, replacement value etc.)
4. Carrying out the account reconciliation for all assets of the inland Hella companies as well as of Hella KGaA.
5. Checking and dealing with complex asset disposals, as well as determining and carrying forward accounting profits and creating profit and loss statements at the end of the fiscal year.
6. Checking asset additions as well as coordinating measures in the case of assets under construction.
7. Creating statements of asset additions and disposals for Hella as well as coordinating related measures and deadlines.
8. Preparing and compiling asset accounting data for the tax audit, taking into consideration past years as well as implementing audit results in the asset accounting.
9. Involvement in audits (concerning the field of activity).
10. Determining the future balance-sheet depreciation for result planning, taking into consideration payments on account, assets under construction, planned capital expenditures, as well as different types of investment and types of deduction for depreciation, and useful lives and such for tool-cost reimbursements carried as liabilities.
11. Dealing with statistical surveys.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree major in accounting or finance.
2. More than 3 year’s related work experience.
3. Good knowledge of international processes and day-to-day business, Microsoft office, SAP system.
4. English and Chinese should be good at both oral and written.

Jiaxing Hella Light Co,Ltd is a new program Hella Group launched in Jiaxing Economic&Technological Development Zone, which mainly provides the headlights, taillights, frog lights and other kinds of automotive lights to the medium and high level automotive manufacturers like Shanghai Volkswagen and Shang GM. The company was founded in Jul 2012,with registration capital RMB200 million. And the new factory is under construction and the total area is 56 thousand square kilometers. It’s estimated to put into production in Aug 2013 and the annual output could be more than 2200million. Then it will be the biggest Hella factory in China.
