职位描述
岗位职责
1、协助总裁对公司进行团队管理；
2、做公司战略规划、日常管理的智囊；
3、负责总裁的日常行程安排；
4、负责总裁文件，信件，函电的接收与转达；
5、负责总裁日常经营工作中文件的起草；
6、负责来访的接待、商务随行；
7、协助安排外出行程、翻译资料。
任职资格
1、35岁以下，大学本科以上毕业；男女不限，身体健康，相貌端正；
2、有两年以上相关工作经验，具有营销及管理工作经验优先；
3、人品善良，性格开朗、直率；责任心、事业心强，能承受工作压力，团队协作能力佳；
4、具备良好的沟通协调能力，公文写作功底扎实；
5、有严密的逻辑思维能力和全面的分析判断能力，较强的统筹协调能力，要求英文书面及口头表达能力优秀；
6、有市场营销或管理相关专业背景优先。

Lysé is one of our brand name which special for imported food items, which include most famous Belgian Chocolate.
These fine chocolate are made in the traditional way and in the same time ,our master Chocolatier, who has an eye for the finest ingredients, develops and manages the creative processes for the production of surprising chocolate innovations. Our own lyse chocolate shop just lanched china end of 2012, and till now already opened two tirect stores One in Shanghai (Nanjing Road) and in Taichang Jiang su. Also we are active in de Wedding business, B to B business, B to C business,and we also have some distributors.
Meanwhile, we are also doing exporting business, which already had more than 13years.
Near future expands :
- Opening 10 shops before end of 2013,
- increase our clients capacity
