质量管理5年以上，熟悉机械类产品的工艺以及加工流程。
英文熟练。
了解AutoCAD,ProE/UG等绘图软件。
经过QS9000,ISO/TS-16949的培训，熟悉并且能够实际应用主要的质量工具。
有管理质量部门的经验。

主要职责：
负责本公司合格供方的评审/开发/管理；
处理国外客户的质量投诉。
配合国外客户的供方评审工作；

Lancham International has a new opening position for a Supplier Quality Manager. We located at Haishu District Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province. Lancham’s Supplier Quality Manager is our leadership representative for Quality providing quality and compliance support for all aspects of process development, commercial manufacturing,

- Process Management:
Inspection before shipment and Controlled Shipping processes
Manage relationship with Vendors (performance and cost recovery for SQA improvements
Business Process creation and improvements.
Performance reporting; Gap analysis
Relationship Management - create and maintain strong collaborative ties with our internal team members.
Collaboration with Customer Quality Improvement, Supplier Quality Engineering team, our SQE team, Design team and other key functions within the Business Units
- Leadership for the performance of the supply base within our China sources.
- Organizational planning and development.
- Key work process engineering and development..
- Benchmarking and research activities to optimize
- Manager of supplier quality - Automotive, PPAP, Corrective Action, Supplier Audits, Claim Management
- Review/approve Deviations/Investigations/Root Cause Analysis, Change Control, Out of Trends stability, Supplier Corrective actions
- Conduct Audits (internal and external)
- Participate and/or lead cross functional teams related to internal/external audits and regulatory inspections
- Develop an annual audit plan for all manufacturing sites

Job Requirements:
- Education and Experience: Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related.
- 8+ years experience in Quality, Manufacturing, PPAP, Engineering or related field which should include 2+ years of supervisory experience
- Implement claim process with suppliers

宁波保税区联成国际贸易有限公司成立于2000年10月26日，专业从事机械产品的出口贸易。
2008年7月成立了美国联成分公司，负责在客户现场的质量，技术和项目跟进等服务，同时负责美国当地市场的开发。
2013年成立宁波联成汽车部件有限公司，作为我公司的生产基地。
目前公司占地约22亩，建筑面积一万五千多平方。

中国和美国公司2014年的全年采购量在3.5亿元人民币以上。其中驱动轴类产品占30%以上；轴承类占20%左右，各类铸件以及精加工类（含轮毂，转向节等产品）占大约25%，注塑，冲压焊接等产品类占大约15%， 其他产品类约10%。

经过十几年的健康持续发展,公司的主要产品定位为机械加工零件以及组件,铸件,轴承,五金以及塑料产品等。产品类型分为汽车类（主要是底盘件）,和普通机械产品/民用产品类。产品100%出口美国和欧洲等地的OEM主机厂客户。

公司的主要供应商为TS/ISO 16949认证企业。50%以上位于宁波大市区。其余主要在江浙两省内。

工作时间：每周五天,每天八小时。按照国家规定的节假日休息。
