Fabric Merchandiser
Job Descriptions
1) Confirm all the details for each PO before sending to each factory ,factory info, product description, price etc. coordinate factory production space.
2）Manage and file all testing reports and testing reports。
3）Assist department manager on department operations and sales contacting。
4）Manage process for creating and tracking customer purchase orders, quotations, and sales contracts。
5）Work closely with manager to create work flow processes for teams to operate more efficiently.
6）Support other colleagues to share workload on each other.
7）Create and maintain system for filing all paperwork and email documentation。
8Implement processes to streamline procedures and to make sure all documentation is organized, used efficiently, and filed/saved in a manageable system.
9）Visit ST customers and build relationships with these manufacturers.
10）Create and implement system for filing of production samples, strikeoffs, and development fabrics.
Job Requirements:
Education Level: College or university graduated.
Experience: 3 years experiences in Buying/Trading office on fabric fields. Familiar with the process of international trade and FOB with independent working capability.
Language Skills: Good command of Spoken & Written English.CET-6
Computer Skills: Able to use Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, etc) professionally.
