职位描述
Position Title : Senior Sales Manager of Commercial Diesel – Turbo Systems China
Location : Ningbo, China
Report to : Sales & PM Director
Travel : 50% of the time
Position Summary:
1. Overall responsibility for Turbo sales and marketing activities in Commercial Diesel market
2. Supervises Account Managers and Customer Liaison personnel to maintain healthy business relation with existing customers and explore new businesses
3. Create and implement China sales & marketing strategies in CD market
Key Accountabilities:
1. Customer relationship management
2. Customer commercial account administration
3. New business development
4. Market intelligence
5. Participates in development of measurable departmental performance goals
6. Develops measurable account performance goals
7. Price negotiation
8. Customer strategy development
9. Global coordination where required
10.Subordinate management/development
11.Long range business plan – Customer business projections / Action plans
12.Any other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Education/Experience:
1. BS/BA Degree, BS preferred; MBA desired
2. 5 years min. sales management experience – Powertrain area preferred (engine, transmission, four wheel drive)
3. Automotive industry experience required – 5 year minimum
Skill Requirements:
1. Clear, concise written and verbal communication capability in Chinese and English
2. Team oriented
3. Organizational skills (planning, priority setting, delegating)
4. Good motivator
5. Results oriented (Business awards, customer profitability target achievement, etc.)
