Position Summary:

Purchasing MRO material on time with good quality and competitive cost to meet product line requirement. Support other daily issue of SCM department.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

1. All of the MRO purchasing & related daily issues.

2. Cost and bid analysis and keep company purchasing cost at competitive level.

3. SAP system implementation & support to whole of SCM team.

4. Responsibility for all in-direct material cost reduction (AIF) annually.

5. MRO regular purchasing materials consignment with suppliers.

6. MRO purchase process optimization.

7. Monthly purchasing summary update on time & KPI report.

8. Any other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Requirements/Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Supply Chain, or related area.

2. Minimum 2 years Purchasing and/or Supplier Chain experience in Auto industrial.

3. Fluently English communication on speaking, writing

4. High organized, flexible team player who is good at working in multi-tasked

5. Good and effective communication skills

6. Proficiency computer skill, e.g. Word/EXCEL/SAP system
