Position Summary:

Equipment installation, debugging and test running.

Key accountabilities/Responsibilities:

1) Be responsible for the maintenance, repairing and continuous improvement of production equipment and ensure its normal, reliable running.

2) Manage Spare parts.

3) Establish and implement Equipment TPM and contingency plan.

4) Analyze cause of equipment downtime and figure out action plan to reduce downtime.

5) Provide technical training and support to all maintenance technicians, improve their capability of trouble shooting.

6) Complete other works assigned by supervisor.

7) Be responsible for all safety related for maintenance.

Requirements/Qualifications:

1) Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical is required.

2) 5+ years’ experience on production line mechanical-electrical maintenance.

3) Experience in Full-automation production line maintenance, such as grinding machine CNC system, Jetter Controls system and Beckhoff system is preferred.

4) Capable of mechanical design, dimension and tolerance analysis.

5) Knowledge of metal and plastic materials, machining process, heat treatment process is required; Potting process knowledge and experience is preferred.

6) Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic, PLC, control motor and sensors

7) Proficient in MS Office, auto CAD, Solid Works or other mechanical design software, SIEMENS/AB control software.

8) Good English skill at reading and writing; German skill at reading and writing is preferred.
