Key Responsilities:
1.Full responsible for P&L and process development of product line.
2.Set the goals and objectives of the product line operation and implement.
3.Make budget of product line, include investment and expenditure, and implement.
4.Make manufacturing development plan, include manpower, machines, process, material etc, to meet customer requirements and achieve profitable growth.
5.Recruit and arrange training for production people to get certified operating skills.
6.Supervise all production staff including operator, foreman, engineer etc.
7.Ensure staff follows all company/department ethics and operational policies.
8.Assign manpower properly to meet delivery requirements and optimize efficiency.
9.Keep the production floor clean by 5S.
10.Ensuring site controls in place in terms of Health & Safety& Environment, and Quality.
11.Define priorities and manage resources as appropriate across projects. Handle multiple concurrent projects, delivering to time and budget commitments.
12.Active participate in the business development and products development.
13.Implement lean manufacturing methodology to continuous improve output, quality, and cost to achieve operational excellence.
14.Supervise subordinates to follow the policies of Quality system, Safety Framework, and Environment system.??.

Qualifications:
*Auto industry work experience is required and with the knowledge of TS16949
*Proven record of competence in an engineering discipline
*Focus on detail and self motivation
*Basic English Language skills
*Open to/understanding of others cultures
*Lean Manufacturing and/or 6 Sigma training & experience
*Management presentation skills and experience
*Working knowledge and experience in implementation of operational concepts and tools (Kaizen, SMED, OEE, PFMEA, etc.)
*Experience with general office computer tools (MS Office, AutoCAD)
