岗位职责：
1. 对潜在的和已有的国内供应商进行质量体系审核，与全球采购部门协调评估和纠正行动计划，促使供应商提供的产品质量与公司
要求的符合性并不断提升国内关键供应商的自我改善机制和质量绩效。
2. 及时制定并和供应商充分沟通质量方面的要求，从而保证来料质量满足公司产品对其的要求。
3. 牵头处理被发现的来料不合格及其与供应商的联系，确保不发生重复的质量问题，避免对生产线的效率和生产进度的影响。
4. 发展，实施和维护跟踪国内关键供应商质量性能趋势指标，并采取相应的纠正措施。
5. 参与国产化进程。
6. 参与定期的供应商考评，提供客观，正确的数据。
7. 参与工厂内质量改进活动。
8. 支持质量管理体系的建设与保持，处理文控中心日常事宜。
9. 预评审供应商提交的PPAP文件，指出其不足并监督其改进，之后转交质量经理审核并批准。
10. 设定适当的质量目标，收集相关数据，将实绩与目标做对比。未达标时与供应商共同制定改进方案并确保其实施。

要求：
1. 工程或技术等相关专业本科学历。
2. 5年以上质量或持续改进领域的工作经验（有汽车行业经验者优先）。
3. 具有ISO9001和TS16949质量体系知识。
4. 熟悉精益6西格玛方法和工具。
5. 具有一定的英语听、说、读、写能力。

Responsibilities：
1． Perform Supplier Quality System audits on potential and existing suppliers and coordinate the assessment and/or corrective action plans with the Global Sourcing organization, push for the supplier’s performance of both product and quality system.
2． Early and at least timely communicate with supplier about Murphy’s quality requirements sufficiently, to ensure the incoming parts be conformance with the requirements.
3． Lead to deal with the non-conforming, avoid the reoccurrence of the quality issue, to reduce the negative impact to production.
4． Develop, implement and maintain metrics that track trends in supplier quality performance and taking relevant corrective actions.
5． Positively be a member of localization.
6． To provide the objective and accurate date for periodical supplier evaluation.
7． Participate the quality improvement activities within the plant.
8． Support and maintain the quality management system; deal with the daily job of DCC.
9． Pre- evaluate the PPAP documents submitted by supplier, indicate its shortage and monitor its improvement, then deliver it to quality manager for reviewing and approving.
10． Set appropriate quality goals; collect related data; compare performance with goals. If not meet, make the improvement plans with other related departments colleagues and ensure its implementation.

Qualification:
1. B.S. Degree in Engineering or technical field.
2. 5+ years of experience in the field of quality or continuous improvement (automobile industry preferred).
3. Knowledge of ISO 9001 and TS 16949 quality specifications.
4. Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methods and tools a plus.
5. Proficiency in reading and writing English, basic in speaking.
