职位描述
工作职责:
1. 协助生产部门，执行过程审核以验证过程的有效性，确定所有的生产活动都是按照指定的工作指导书和程序来进行的。
2. 监督生产车间的现场质量；与质量/生产部门共同解决质量问题；把质量问题反馈给相关人员，并追踪修正措施。
3. 编辑检验指导书。培训质量/生产人员按照指导书进行检验，确定所有的检验工作是按照指定的程序进行的。
4. 确保所有的半成品和库存产品符合质量要求。
5. 支持生产部门及时处理不合格产品和有问题的产品。
6. 协调第三方进行过程/产品审核。
7. 参与物料审查委员会的工作，追踪相关的修正措施。
8. 成为APQP（产品质量先期策划）小组成员，关注控制计划的执行；监督现场的SPC（统计过程控制），负责内部PPAP资料的准备、收集与归纳。
9. 确保现场的文件和样品的有效性和一致性。
10. 编辑相关的文件，审查程序和体系，确保它们是有效的和一致的。
11. 确保所有的检验和测试仪器按照指定的和要求的程序被使用、维护和受控。
12. 负责处理客户对质量的反馈和投诉；协调相关部门执行客户修正措施报告；处置客户退货。
13. 设定适当的质量目标，收集相关数据，将实绩与目标做对比。未达标时与其它有关部门共同制定改进方案并确保其实施。
14. 参与公司内部持续改进活动。
15. 计划并实施年度型式试验。
要求:
1. 工程类专业本科学历。
2. 3年以上机械工业或质量领域工作经验（有汽车行业经验者优先）。
3. 熟悉ISO9000/TS16949质量体系。
4. 具有一定的英语听、说、读、写能力。
Responsibilities:
1. Work with production team and conduct in-process audit to verify the process validity and to verify all production activities are carried out according to defined work instruction and procedures.
2. Monitor the on-site quality in workshop; Work with quality/production team to solve the quality issues; Feedback quality issues to related personnel and trace the corrective action.
3. Compile inspection instruction. Train quality/production personnel to conduct the inspection and verify that all inspection activities are carried out according to defined procedures.
4. Ensure all WIP and storage products comply with quality requirements.
5. Support production team to dispose the rejects and the problematic products in time.
6. Coordinate 3rd party process/product audit (eg. 3C, UL CE etc.).
7. To be involved in MRB activities and follow up related corrective actions.
8. To be a member of APQP team, focus on Control Plan implementation; monitor SPC on work site; prepare, collect and summarize the internal PPAP documents.
9. Ensure the on-site documents and samples are effective and conformably.
10. Compile related documents, review the procedures and system and ensure they are effective and conformably.
11. Ensure all inspecting and testing equipments of production site are used, maintained and controlled according to the required and the defined procedures.
12. To be a contact with customer on quality issue feedback and complain; coordinate with related department to fulfill Customer Corrective Action Request (such as 8D); Dispose customer returns.
13. Set appropriate quality goals; collect related data; compare performance with goals. If not meet, make the improvement plans with other related departments colleagues and ensure its implementation.
14. Participate in the internal continuous improvement activities.
15. Plan and implement the annual type test.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree in Engineering.
2. Minimum of 3 years working experience in mechanical industry and quality area (automobile industry preferred).
3. Knowledge of ISO9000/TS16949.
4. Proficiency in reading and writing English, basic in speaking.
