岗位职责：

1. 根据采购员的要求发出询价需求

2. 供应商质量控制

3. 将RFQ和其他文件翻译成中文

4. 日常供应商生产情况跟踪

5. 与供应商建立并保持良好关系

6. 参与招标事宜

7. 参与供应商审查和新供应商审批

8. 采购部门的日常行政事务

基本专业要求：

1. 至少1-2年生产型企业的采购经验（有机械行业和欧美企业工作经验者优先）

2. 理工科或商科大专以上学历

3. 能够读懂机械图纸

4. 熟练运用电脑

5. 良好的谈判技巧和合同意识

6. 良好的服务意识，积极主动

7. 熟练的英语口语和写作能力

8. 具备物流方面的知识

能力要求：

1. 高度自觉，积极主动进取

2. 良好的组织协调能力，具有灵活性，能在压力下工作

3. 良好的团队合作精神和沟通技巧

4. 熟悉西方文化，思维开放

5. 能独立工作，愿意出差

PRIMARY DUTIES:

- Send out request for quotation based on in-put from local buyer and or from Senior buyers

- Perform various QC activities at supplier

- Translate RFQ and other doc′s to Chine’s

- daily follow up on going supply

- Maintain and develop excellent working relationships with suppliers.
- Provide input into the tendering process.
- Participate in supplier audits and approval of new suppliers.

- Various administration work within purchasing department

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR ENTRY:

- At least 1-2 years relevant operational purchasing experience in an industrial environment (experience from mechanical industry and western companies would be a bonus).

- Have obtained a high-level technical or commercial academic degree.

- Ability to read and understand drawings

- Must be computer literate.

- Possess excellent negotiation skills and contractual awareness.

- You are customer focused, proactive and have good communication skills..

- Good verbal and written English.
