Job Title: Order Administration Assistant
Responsibilities and Duties:
To assist with the following:
- to liaise with Freight Forwarder and Suppliers on every shipment and ensure shipments leave on time.
- to calculate product daily usage and place orders to China suppliers and UK suppliers through our SAP computer system.
- to Monitor Stock through the SAP computer system.
- to maintain a database of suppliers and contacts.
- processing customer internet orders
Skills Requirement:
- At least 1 year work experience at foreign trade.
- Fluent in Spoken English, and good at written English. Have to achieve CET4 certificate.
- Competent at Computer Microsoft Office software. It will be a advantage if you have used If SAP Business One computer system.
