PD Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Work with U.S product development team to make sure the suppliers fully understand and meet company's expectation.

2. Work at factories to give technical support on site to help get factories’ tooling and samples done on time, catch and solve the production issues.

3. Support Merchandisers to do the cost analysis.

4. Work with U.S designer to revise manual and artwork when needed; make sure that they conform to test protocol and customer requirements.

5. Work with factories for all the tests, help suppliers understand the test standards, prepare the right testing samples and pass the tests

Qualifications/Requirements:

1. University degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial Engineering preferred); at least 3 years' working experience.

2. 3D modeling and 2D drawing skills preferred; experience in Adobe Illustrator preferred.

3. Experience in new product launch and high volume manufacturing.

4. Demonstrated skill in problem solving, have passion and "Can-Do-Attitude", high interests of "hands-on" to the products.

5. Creative thinking, self-motivated and must be able to work under pressure and tight schedules, with regular traveling in China.

6. Good communication skills and team player.

7. Good in English (written and oral) and Mandarin (written and oral).

8. Must have strong computer skills, email, Word, Excel, etc.
