Purpose of the position:

· The quality control inspector is involved in checking and analyzing manufactured products to ensure to meet pre-determined quality standards.

Scope:

· Checking and testing of castings and forgings to meet the quality specifications of the customer

· Record and analyze quality data.

·

Responsibilities:

· Check and test castings and forgings with inspection devices

· Ability to use devices such as MPI, UT, Electro-cutting machine, caliper and micrometer.

· Writing reports on test results and quality problems

· Identify inconsistencies and discover their causes

· Able to accept or reject products

· Able to give suggestion for solving defected parts

· Keep and provide inspection record on monthly basis

Knowledge and skills

Qualifications:

· Bachelor degree in Technical Education

· Educated and trained in Quality Control. Having a certificate is a plus

· Experience of at least three years in Quality Control of similar products.

· Knowledge MS-Office

· Good command of written and spoken English

· Materials analysis & testing equipment

· Able to analyze and interpret statistics

· Attention to detail and accuracy

· Able to work in a team and with foreigners

· Good communication and written skills
