Brief Job Description:

The recruitment is mainly responsible for the internal test and onsite technical support to ensure the product performance of quality and application.

• Support the daily management of paint samples, test equipment in lab; Keep the lab working area compliance with DuPont 5S and SHE Policy.
• Plan and carry out lab experimental works independently for Industry/rail paint and coatings.
• Communicate with lab chemists, sales and product team and customers to understand the objective of the experiments and test methods.
• Support the on line service team on line trial, trouble shooting, etc according to lab test result under application simulation.
• Take part in the on site customer technical service for the business.
• Other lab related works that supervisor designated or business required.

Qualification:

• College graduate with major in chemical
• Preferred with coatings industry technical and application experience
• Good team spirit and interpersonal skill
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Good Windows & MS Office computer skills for work report
• Willing to travel for technical service
