Qualifications:
Good communication skills in Chinese & English.
Proven success in previous sales role.
Business account management training of a reasonable standard.
Ability to establish & maintain excellent customer relationships.
Understanding of the plasma process.
Preferred experience with inverter based welding or cutting equipment.
Good communication skills & attitude towards customer issues on site.
Must work well under pressure in difficult situations.
Attention to detail & good business sense.
Responsibilities:
Actively promote & support the Thermal Dynamics range of Automated Plasma.
Deliver excellent results with Automated Plasma sales increases.
Professionally establish & maintain relationships with Distributors, OEM & End-User customers.
Maximize sales opportunities with all levels of customers.
Address customer sales issues in a timely & professional manner.
Represent Thermadyne professionally whilst aggressively securing business.
Work well together with the Thermadyne Sales & Technical Team.
Respond efficiently to directives from Sales Manager – Plasma.
Conduct business within the guidelines set out by Thermadyne & Regional Sales Manager.
