Personal Assistant of Vice President
Responsibilities:
Provide full range business support to Vice President
Collect market intelligence related to macro economy, track industry trends, and conduct analysis on the industry and business level
Collect the internal & external business related info then prepare the proposals & presentations
Review and analyze the actual performance of various business units
Liaise, co-ordinate and follow up with both internal & external parties on day to day business operation
Assist Vice President for daily operation activities
Assist Vice President to prepare forecast, monthly management report and presentation
Manage office admin. work
Handle business correspondence independently
Support financial and ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Statistic/ Business Administration or other business related subject. MBA is preferred
Min. 3 years relevant experience in supporting senior management and office management. Experience in sourcing field is a plus
Professional Microsoft Office Excel and Power Point skills
Experience of exploring macro economic information, market situations, consumer insight are preferred
Flexible with the ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Possess strong research, analytical and logical skill and business senses
Mature, self-motivated, organized and attentive to details
Proactive with a strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong team player, eager to support colleagues across departments and / or countries
Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
