Key areas of accountability:
1. To prepare various financial reports according to local management requirement;
2. To lead the budgeting process. To conduct variance analysis on a regular basis;
3. Responsible for full cycle of bookkeeping of business unit, DMMH and Escient, including AR, AP, GL and financial statements preparation;
4. To communicate with IP and Logistics colleagues and support them in terms of subledger records of AR, AP and inventory;
5. To communicate with external suppliers and customers for accounts reconciliation;
6. to maintain close relationship with related parties for ICA matching and problem solving if there is any;
7. To build a professional team. Provide coaching to direct reports as needed and meet the team target through team efforts.


Qualification:
1. Academic/Professional Qualification: Major in finance
2. CPA/ACCA/Certified Accountant preferred.
3. Working Experience: 5 years
4. Expertise/Skills: excel/accounting system
5. Language skills: Very Good English speaking and Mandarin
6. Personal Attributes: Good communication and cooperation, pro-active and good team work
