Requirement:
- Open communicator
- Knowledge of the company structure
- Develop trust and confidence
- Demonstrates responsibility, ethical and honest behaviour in all tasks & responsibilities. Is consistent and fair. Keeps commitments.
- Ability to work with and coach a wide range of individuals. Demonstrates respect for people of all backgrounds
- Logical thinking with creative problem-solving; reacts quickly and appropriately to problems. Follows up in a timely manner
- Gets things done: demonstrate the ability to get results
- Ability to deliver the required standards under pressure
- Time management
- Advanced knowledge of Apollo & Caspian
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent knowledge of a foreign language
- Professional phone answering
- E-mailing etiquette
Key Responsibilities:
l Employee training system development
-Organize the overall training plan in a systematic way
-Document all the concerning training materials in both EN and CN
-Training track records for employees
l Ensure global system knowledge properly introduced to CN office
-Ensure global training be well received in our system
-Understand project team needs regarding system on a regular basis and feedback to SurfMerchant people on system/tool related issues
-Closely trace SM progress and the development of other related vendors/competitors, from technical perspective
l Deliver internal system training
-To ensure the system training for new employees be completed with first 30 days
-Continuous system knowledge training to team members
-Define & communicate training needs to Ops Manager
-System trouble shooting and problem solving
-Suggestions and solutions for system related issues
-Looking for continuous improvements
-Responsibility to report project technical issues in a timely manner
l IT related
-Suggestions on improvement of office efficiency, both in hardware and software solutions
-Suggestions on improvement of office cost saving,
Associated Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
