职位描述
Core Accountabilities:
1. Trial production of rotor and stator for new product project, result evaluation and documentation.
2. Initiating line setup for new rotor and stator production introduction.
3. Train technician and setter with new process and equipment.
4. New technology and equipment introduction and employment.
5. Support on equipment maintenance and machine problem solving.
6. Monitor process stability, action for continuous improvement, trouble shooting in all cases.
7. Maintain production engineering related data in SAP, and manage engineering change.
8. Design and develop and manage rotor and stator production related tooling and fixtures.
7. Work on any other duties and projects on which the incumbent is assigned by the direct superior.
8. Promote the teamwork, and share experience and knowledge with other team member.
9. Working on any other duty or project on which the incumbent is assigned by the direct superisor.
Minimum Experience & Qualifications:
1. B.S Mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and or other related field.
2. At least 5 years work experience in motor manufacturing, be familiar with universal motor manufacturing process and requirements, with experience of BLDC motor is preferred.
3. Be familiar with automatic motor production line, solid hand-on experience is preferred.
4. Good command in English, both in oral and written.
5. Familiar with Ms-office software, experience with SAP system is preferred.
6. Self-motivated and proactive, team player.
