Client insights & Marketing Campaign Senior Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
Role mission
The area of relational marketing coordinates internal and external communication activities that have direct impact on the final clientele. The objective is to address the actions to the right
customer target to create larger clientele database and support customer loyalty to the brand together with the enhancement of customer brand experience. Acts as a point of reference for the Sales Channels, other departments and external parties for DM marketing campaign implementation. Supports the business by providing client insights and by developing actions to improve the CRM and Business KPIs ensuring consistency with the WW directives.
Key Responsibilities
- Order & allocation of DM materials to the stores & to the customers, Mobile and E-campaigns development leading the coordination of decisions with the department heads of the involved areas (retail, merchandising, marketing, pr, advertising, WW Rel. Marketing) to insure correct targeting and implementing final agreed solution
- Manage marketing campaigns and plan to maximize the investments developing internal (Social network, web) and external opportunities (shopping malls, partners, etc.)
- Reporting & Budget coordination
- Provide regular and develop ad-hoc reporting to the related functions and top management on the basis of business requirements and needs
- Implement targeted actions based on the consumer insight analysis to support the business, improve KPI or implement the CRM culture.
- Support and individuate points of improvement in the data collection & data quality processes, system integration projects, system enhancement requests, etc
- Support the achievement of CRM KPI, Support the multichannel relational marketing approach in data collection, data enrichment and customer experience.
- Explore new opportunities to support the sales channels to increase customer experience, build relationship and customer loyalty, and suggestions for budget
- Benchmark and competitor analysis
- Assist in developing CRM trainings, workshops, role-playing, etc
- Back up for the Relational Marketing Assistant regular tasks
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, Marketing/Economy/Business Administration related discipline
- 4-5 years overall working/internship experience (2-3 years of experience in marketing, event/entertainment industry or retail), 1-2 years of experience working in or with luxury brands (preferred)
- Knowledge and experience on communication skills, analytical skills, project leadership, customer management and events organization
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Access
- Strong initiatives. Willing work as part of a team. High level of integrity, honest and trustworthy, values transparency. Excellent analytical skills, organization, negotiation and coaching skills. Fluent in Chinese with very good command of written and spoken English.
