Job Description: This position is responsible for completing metallographic analysis and failure analysis for metal material or metal productions on time according to TOP or SOP on relevant product standards or testing standard required and maintain the daily data of the test equipment.

Job Responsibility:
Complete metallographic analysis or failure analysis according to the testing requirements of the customers on time and accurately complete the test task.
To give technical advice and assistance to the new projects or business window assigned ;
Important project schedule, quality, problems should be promptly reported to the leadership.
Assist in the management of the laboratory equipment. Including calibration, verification, during the finishing of instrument files;
Complete equipment maintenance work.
Inform Supervisor about delayed testing
Report quality problems of own lab
Perform other duties assigned by Supervisor

Job Requirement:
Metallic materials major and related undergraduate degree or higher.
More than 4 years metallographic analysis experience or failure analysis experience
Familiar with product standard or testing standards on ASTM , DIN, EN, JIS GB, ISO
Good understanding and fulfillment to working related targets, standards, policies, procedures and instructions

Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit;
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Can work independently and efficiently; can work under pressure;
Good computer skill;
Good command of English;
Physical condition allows normal working, stable outputs and business trip as required;
