职位描述
Responsibilities:
- To design business plan and implement the plan
- To manage Refinish jobbers to meet PO and develop new business
- To develop car dealership business through implementation of key programs
- To manage Refinish two brands' business through effective resource allocation and integrated support
- To maintain and enhance key customers relationship
Qualifications:
- To have at least 8-10 yrs sales and marketing experience
- To have at least 5 yrs jobbers/ distributors management experience
- Strong Refinish product, technical and industrial knowledge
- Strong people handling skill
- Good planning and communication skill
- Good leadership
- Good English communication capability both in writing and speaking
