职位描述
Job Responsibility:
1. Plan most effective sourcing strategy to attract good candidates to meet the business needs;
2. Manage the staffing process to recruit top performers at all levels;
3. Track and improve staffing effectiveness to reduce relative non value added staffing cost;
4. Review and revise job description regularly to match the job with organizational need;
5. Drive key business metrics such as turnover and headcount;
6. Implement and review current employee benefit scheme and address employee’s questions and concerns;
7. Track and improve training process and effectiveness;
8. Drive effective employee communication channel in workplace;
9. Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.
Position Requirement:
1. Good knowledge of local talent market and recruitment resources
2. Good knowledge of HR process and procedures
3. Familiar with local laws and regulations
4. Proven ability to establish and maintain relationship with internal customers
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills
6. Good verbal and written English skills
7. Good personality, mature, confident and honest;
8. Passionate about people issues.
9. 5 years experience in HR specialist role in multinational companies
10.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
