职位描述
POSITION OBJECTIVE 设置此职位目的:
The KAM is responsible for commercial interaction with the assigned key customers
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES主要职责:
? Lead the key account team to achieve the sales and merchandising target with retail customers.
? Develop and implement trading terms and in-store promotion policy consistent with company policies.
? Coordinate with field sales team, logistic and other related departments to ensure high customer service levels.
? Coach and motivate key account team, increase selling skill and capability levels of them.
? Monitor sales performance; set and evaluate the KPI for subordinate; complete report timely for company.
? Manage the sales and promotion expense under the budget for the retail customers.
? Work with field sales team and finance department to work out the specific sales projection and expense budget.
? Assist finance department to oversee the credit payment process and manage customer credit, ensure account receivables are collected in a timely manner.
? Develop and maintain excellent relationships with retail customers.
? Conduct negotiations with customers in regards to trading terms, new product listing; direct field sales force in shelf organization and promotion campaigns.
? Conduct regular business reviews with key customers of retail channel.
? Maintain knowledge of the chicken market and competitor’s information.

? Mandatory experience in negotiating with Local / International key accounts
? Leadership and interpersonal skills capable of influencing customers
?Good people management skills
?Strong communication and presentation skills
?Served in FMCG over 5-year
?Strong background in meat industry
Other knowleges知识要求:
?Strong commercial understanding and analytical skills
?Computer literate - Good usage of Microsoft packages like Power point and Excel
?Fluency in written and spoken English
