Key measures Timely reporting and follow-up on key indicators and professional support to business team

Job description
Responsible of the maintaining budgeting, reporting and follow-up practices based on applicable laws and company standards is the first main responsibility. For operating unit, Business Controller works as a partner with business leadership to manage growth, cost, operating profit and working capital measures according to set goals. Other key elements of the role are as follows:
1.Lead the annual business plan and forecast process
2.Take lead of project controlling activities at the reporting unit and ensure together with project management that project level financials are up to date and appropriate risk management is in place
3.Forecast, monitor the actual performance against budget/forecast, improve forecast accuracy, develop in-depth understanding of business profit/cost drivers
4.Provide commercial and finance support to Management
5.Responsible for the completion of the month end or quarter end reporting analysis timely
6.Participate at process improvement initiative as such as standardization
7.Take a key role in risk management and help project managers and sales understand and control risks
Crucial part of the work is to create integrated processes among other operating departments aiming to efficient operations.

Personal profile
Leadership and change management skills, able to see the whole picture and solve problems
Good, analytical decision making and problem solving skills are mandatory requirements, as well as ability to quickly adapt to changing situations and work under pressure.
Ability to work independently on area of expertise, but also collaborate with the other functions and be teamwork oriented..

Experience
The successful candidate has at least 5 years of relevant work experience in business control in internationally operating company, abilities including accounting, bookkeeping and reporting practices.
A necessary asset is knowledge and experience of SOX and USGAAP.
Continuous employment periods longer than 3 years for one company is seen as a benefit

Programs
Professional level ability with MS Office tools. Experience from SAP or other ERP system is minimum requirement.
Languages Fluent English is mandatory, both written and spoken. Good, captivating and to-the-point output in daily communication and conversations.

BS / BA or equivalent
