Job Responsibility:

. Assist in job posting, resume screening, Interview arrangement. Process all recruitment requests in an effective and efficient manner.
. Assist in Internship management.
. Manage Attendance record including late come statistics.
. Employees annual leave and sick leave record, mandatory vacation calculation.
. Collect commercial insurance claims, coordinate with insurance company.
. New hiring on-boarding process follow up.
. HR documents and employee profile filling.
. Update employee’s information record including but not limited to personal information record, contract period record.
. Assist manager for employees training process.
. Assist manager for employee’s annual review.
. Issue work certification to employees if needed.
. Assist on data statistics and analysis.
. Other tasks assigned by HR Manager


Job Requirement:

. Bachelor degree in Human Resources, business administration, or psychology.
. Fluent in verbal and written in Chinese and English.
. Excellent skills in MS office soft ware (word, Excel, PPT).
. Good communication skill and team work spirit.
. Can work under pressure and work efficiently.
