Position Summary：

• Manage Internal Controls for the location. Keep records as required.
• ？Compliance with established government regulations and US/PRC/Tax accounting policies.
• ？Manage the local Cashier function.
• ？Handle local bank, tax, and treasury issues, and interface with related Corporate and Regional departments.
• ？Manage Local Accounts Payables, CapEx, and Tooling, and interface with related business unit functions.
• ？Safeguarding and valuation of assets.
• ？Support cost accounting, ERP system, LRP, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• ？Supervise one or more employees.

Key Accountabilities：

• Implement, review and maintain effective local financial processes and controls.
• Assure the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of the location’s records - and ensure that financial information is submitted on a timely basis. Assist in audit responses as required.
• Ensure that controls over valuation and safeguarding of assets are robust and effective. Includes physical inventories, internal controls, valuation, and reserves for obsolete and slow move inventories.
• Calculate location burden rates and evaluate and recommend changes in the location cost structure.
• Ensure that the business operations comply with company policies, US/PRC GAAP, as well as local regulations.
• Support the business unit as required for inputs to LRP, budget, monthly forecasts, reporting, costing, variance analysis, account reconciliations, and special requests.
• Function as the local focal point for CapEx, Tooling, and Fixed Asset reporting.
• Support cross-functional activities to track and reduce manufacturing cost. Frequent interaction with other departments and functional areas.
• Manage the administration of the bank accounts including receipts and payments, and the review of regular bank reconciliations to the bank statements and general ledger.
• Manage the accounts payable function to ensure that all approvals are obtained prior to arranging payments.
• Any other tasks assigned by supervisor

Education/Experience：

• Minimum 5 years experience in related accounting/financial management role in foreign investment manufacturing company – or in CPA firm auditing these clients. Minimum 2 years supervisor or manager experience.
• Strong capability and experience on finance analysis and cost analysis.
• Must be accurate, efficient, careful, focused, proactive, and analytical.
• Be proficient in ERP and Financial systems – SAP and HFM experience is desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) required.
• Strong leadership skills and organizational skills including the ability to prioritize, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills. Must be an effective communicator.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent discipline required; MBA is desirable.
• CPA or CMA, ACCA is desirable.
